Despite being extremely poorly geared for a epic character with most of my items being "heroic" items, I have freaking 73 armor class and 89 PRR. Very resistant this water savant / eldritch knight. And this without picking guild buffs(guildless), and feats to boost my defense.

Farm Keep on the Borderlands for great items that will last you till endgame gear. Also, join a guild even if you are a soloer. There are guilds that are fine with taking solo players, as guild buffs give a huge buff to your character.

No. The game still uses old textures and stuff from 2006. I think maybe that was just an option when the game first released and people's computers sucked ass.

No. The game still uses old textures and stuff from 2006. I think maybe that was just an option when the game first released and people's computers sucked ass.

Now, I am choosing a Paladin. Should I follow one of the Paths that they set or am I safe to just Customize? I understand the general importance of the Paladin's main stats. I just don't want to be too railroaded if I were to choose one of the Paths. Currently cannot decide if I want to go Truthbringer or Flame of Justice. Kind of want to decide that later.

Depends. Do you understand the basics of 3.5e? If yes, you can customize.

About armored caster, I said that is amazing, but there are a huge problem. The loot which you receive still for regular casters hence you will gonna find very few armor. 90% of the "chest" gear that I find are robes. And when you finally get a medium armor, is rarely enchanted with stuff useful for casters. I"m lv 23 and still using my lv 18 armor as I could't find anything better. And yes, did all quests of keep on the borderlands 3 times.

Thank you. I am not sure I do understand them. I know I need STR/DEX/WIS/CHA for paly. STR highest, then WIS/CHA tied, then DEX. Is this sufficient or should I just pick a Path? I hate the idea of having things pre-selected for me but if it is the better way to go, then alright.

argo. because codexia is there. tho it's empty for years. only me playing sometimes. can throw you invite for basic ship buffs if you want and then you can do whatever.

You can choose to drop the path when you level up. I would still go full custom though as most paths are really bad and one of DDO's strengths is its character building, even if it is overwhelming at first. You can always just ask for build advice or look up some tips.

It is tough playing both DDO and CoX on Homecoming at the same time. But I am going to play some DDO again.

Last I remember the door next to the guild airship dealership in Stormfront Harbor opposite the mailbox and not to far from the auctioneer (Northwest part of the map, right before the bridge that heads south toward the Marketplace entrance).

I'm sure they have more access points by now though.

Oh and when you're done with the buffs, remember to Feather Fall off the ship. It's pretty fun and is a based way to exit.

it has access in almost all city areas. then talk to crew member to teleport where you want, when you got tired of based way to exit.

Game should be open-sourced at this point. Would be a lot better without all the p2w microtransactions and onerous drop rates/loot tables.

And hopefully improve the netcode.
Or at least run it locally so you don't even have to worry about the netcode.

Drop rates aren't that bad in this game. You get about 8 attempts before the chest ransacks and just have to wait a week to reset it. You can track the number of times you have looted a chest by checking a box in the gameplay options tab.

Can it potentially take a ridiculously long time to get the one item you want? Yeah, but that is kind of the point. Gives you an incentive for grinding and staying at max level.

Eh it sucked bigtime for my experience with it.
Never got my Torc or my Mysterious Bauble after countless ransacking.
Never cared for skinner box operant conditioning mechanics aka a casino.

epic ring of spell storing, once you get it you quit the game

Who needs items when you have spells? 36 944 critical damage. With a negative level upon my charname and I still only using common loot from Keep of the borderlands.
