Take 2 doesn't announce Rockstar games. Rockstar does.

Rockstar never shows up at E3, either.

Take 2 own E3 and presumably determine official announcement dates. GTA games can be unveiled whenever the hell they want, but you'd assume that anything smaller than that would benefit from an E3 reveal. Last I read, T2 have put tighter leash on things due to XCom and Bioshock.

No that's not how it works. Rockstar is a publisher on it's own. They're owned by Take 2, but they have full autonomy. Take 2 trying to screw over Rockstar by making early unauthorized game announcements would likely end up in a lawsuit nightmare with the Houser brothers.

Rockstar never attends E3 shows. They don't need to because they're cooler than everyone else.

Looks like 3D Realms reanimated another game that was stuck in development limbo since 1998. At least it looks like it should run well on a 3dfx.

fake edit: Oh it's from the guys who are responsible for the ROTT reboot. :rpgcodex:

Funny how 15-20 years ago this could be actually a cool game. Now it's just lame and problematic.

So a woman needs the aid of high tech parts to do something a normal man had no trouble with 20 years ago? Fucking patriarchal game industry...

http://politix.topix.com/story/1205...kim-jong-un-and-yes-it-includes-dennis-rodman

A forthcoming Nintendo-style video game dubbed "Glorious Leader!" allows you to play the role of Kim Jong-Un as he battles American military forces in his home country. And rides unicorns. And cavorts with Dennis Rodman. The retro-looking action is described by its developers as a "run n' gun style game" that allows you to don the persona of the North Korean leader to fight off the "American imperialist hordes."
