Some people, me included, experience a problem where the screen blacks out and must be restored by opening the inventory or something similar. Depending on the frequency of that, it may or may not make the game unplayable. I seem to remember that I somehow worked arount that, but I can't remember what I did. My suspicion would be that it had something to do with dx settings.

I infrequently had the black screen, for me just alt tabbing in and out cleared it. Never had a problem on my laptop though.

I made this post on NMA:

With Killap's patch is the traveling speed as fast as it was originally meant to be or something different? I have noticed that several people complained that encounters are too frequent.

Basically, what am I supposed to do? Do I have to choose between normal traveling speed and bug fixes?

Anyway, the Q&A of Killap's patch says that you have manually change the lines and "experiment until it is right". But how am I supposed to know which value is right? I certainly don't remember the correct speed.

Help please.

Apparently the map traveling speed is dependent on your hardware :? and thus there is no single, correct speed intended by the developers. This sucks dwarf cock, I am completely disheartened and don't want to play.

Fuck, man, just tweak the value to your liking, not everything has to be developer-intended.

I installed the mod without problems. Get out of Arroyo, came to Kargath, talk to some peeps, bam, new location on map - Primitive Tribe - hell yeah, I thought, count me in! Went there, talk to some guy and got a quest - gather ten knives and five spears. WTF? Am I playing WoW again?? :?

Suddenly I don't want to play it so eagerly anymore :(

Insert Title Here RPG Wokedex Codex Year of the Donut I'm very into cock and ball torture
I have some rats in my cellar. If you kill them I will give you 5 EUR and an old GBA game, as well as 10 sheets of paper.

That may not be such a bad deal depending on the GBA game...

I do like this but I have a major problem with Fallout which is the combat system.

I started on a mod on paper which would rebalance all items, damage is approximately doubled or tripled, AP's reduced, reload AP's much higher etc, and basically make combat both more realistic and more strategic.

Manually entering all the data quickly sapped all my enthusiasm. Would anybody be interested in working on a weapons mod for this mod with me?

Has anybody managed to tell jokes in one of the Casino's in New Reno? If so could some one tell which casino it is and how can you do it.

Uh, I mean, I REALLY appreciate the bug fixes and all that but all the extra content? Not cool. I'm sorry, man. Just not for me. The aforementioned fetch quest at Sulik's tribe was lamer than a lama fucking llama and some of the "fanmade quests" had quest-stopping bugs, one in particular that hindered me from opening a fucking door. Just wouldn't open for some reason. I guess Sulik has to live without his sister. Forevah and evah!

However! The game runs better than ever and as a patch or fixpack or whatever, this 's awesome work and I'd register my ass on NMA just to say thanks and keep up the good work and get us some bugfixes to these new quests but I can't be bothered.

P.S. Kaga is awesome.

jml: It should be the Bishop casino, shouldn't it? I haven't tried it but they have a stage. That makes most sense to me.

I thought so too but you can't talk to Bishop before giving him suitcase from Vault City and after delivery he wants you to kill Westin. Is there perhaps someone else in Bishop's casion i should talk to? Or does he offer chance after killing Westin?

I think you just click around on people or furniture (the mic? I dunno) and choose "tell joke" or something. I don't think you need permission or something. Probably works on the other places too, now that I think about it.

Also, isn't it a lady-only thing? I thought I saw some restrictions in the readme.

I checked read me again it said that one could tell jokes if male or dance if female in one of the casinoes.

Damn. For all the extra content he put in, he should have just created a spinoff stand alone game *That needs Fallout 2 to play.
Didn't he just ''unlock'' all the content, that was already created by BIS, but left out upon release? For a good reason probably, as majority of responses indicate.

I believe a little more work was necessary, the extra content was nowhere near finished.

Then don't play the mod. It's that simple.
