It only took Rockstar North 2 years to make San Andreas.

DMA Design, later renamed Rockstar North, made the whole PS2 era series in just around four years. They should’ve had some little team (San Andreas was made by 50 people) made whole new games in the mold of those 2000s era PS2 and Xbox GTA games and they could’ve done it fast than these remasters took.
