Fretrider/bryce/chefe or a literal 4chan's /pol/ refugee are a lot more likely. Drog would simply go in for the most obvious route: pretending to be a rabid SJW or even impersonating Rex Exitium(although that would probably be too obvious even for Drog), because it would ensure a more encompassing trollbait and Drog always pretend to support the most despised and controversial opinion with all of his alts, as demonstrated by his history of obvious pro-Fallout 3/etc threads.
