I think MINIGUNWIELDER wanted to know how to get those "Augur", "Scholar" and "Messed with Texas" titles. For first ones, I think you need ot acquire certain number of non-stupid posts (otherwise you end up with Dumbfuck). For the latter - I guess you have to get in fight with Exitium and have your account deleted or smth.
Or, in case you asked that because you wanted to submit news or smth whatever staff does, then, I guess, you are wellcum PM-ing any existing staff members (you can read their names by newsposts) that info and they'll post it on front-page in case it is worthy but you'll get your credit for that. If you keep doing this pretty steady, dont do stupid things (like creating such topics) you eventually might get promoted.
Otherwise answer, of course, IS "you dont".
