Insert cd, install game and play. Seriously, the many ways different characters get different dialogue and some nifty ways to complete the quests is what makes torment fun.
Thing is you can get stat bonuses to both TNO and her. It's not much, but it's there to experience.Thrawn05 said:Gnidrologist said:Haven't tried a thief, but why bother if you can have Annah in party.
Yeah, I figured that one out. One theif is enough, might as well be her.

kingcomrade said:The bronze sphere isn't very important, you don't get to use it until the end of the game and by then it doesn't matter.
kingcomrade said:Really? I suppose so, I don't remember it well enough. I haven't played it through without the Bronze Sphere, it was tucked away in someone's inventory for the whole game.
Cimmerian Nights said:Can't be a cleric, Fall-from-Grace is the only one. She's attrocious in combat but the fact that she's the only healer makes her a must have. She's also really low maintenance - IIRC she automatically casts healing spells (unlike the other IE games where you have to repetitively cast healing spell after healing spell after combat).
Yes, a pity that most of the important battles are staged indoors.bryce777 said:Also, she is awesome in combat. Have her cast call lightning and just about any combat is over.
HotSnack said:I could never really tell, since I always had party AI switched off.
You don't need Grace at all really, I would have picked Ignus or Vhailor over her if they were a bit more talkative. By the time you meet her you're at a point where you can afford huge stacks of threads and needles if you really wanted anyway.
Edit:

Cimmerian Nights said:I never used Grace offenisvely, and yeah should does heal indiscriminately. She really kept my party going in the Nordom cube though.
Vailhor is not bad but he's not available until about 95% of the way through - I had him commit suppuku and kept going.

bryce777 said:so there is no real reason not to use her offensively...she does 120 pts of damage with that damn thing sometimes
HotSnack said:You know I thought it was written somewhere that it doesn't work indoors, though I guess that means all this time I've been playing gimped.
Oh and everything in the game seems a lot more powerful than the rule set would seem to allow. I assume that this is Avellone's work, seeing as how KOTORII is also quite the twink fest.

Been a while since I played, don't they come back with only 1HP? What do you do without a healer for those who don't regenerate?

Can't remember if she ever leveled that high but I will definately try that next time. I just remember her being a major liability in melee combat.
