This game is a perfect example that any kind of sexual content should not be allowed in RPGs, because this filth will go further and deeper with passing years, until a player will be able to intercourse with anything dead or alive. 1) No. He literally jeopardizes plans during the game's first chapter because of his womanizing.
2) He's straight.
3) By the end of the game, Hanush of Leipa arranges Hans' marriage for political reasons and instructs Henry to make sure he doesn't run away, so... it depends of what saving we're talking about.

As we have screenshots of both him and Henry being gay, they are in fact gay.
