Junta joined ZA/UM in July 2021 as a programmer.
lolwat, but he isnt, roffles!
Before ZA/UM he worked at the same company as a programmer for 20 years.

Why did they oust the original dude exactly?
After Disco was released he did no actual work for two years on account of being an alcoholic burn-out. Eventually they got tired of paying him to do nothing.
So, he self-inserted himself into the game more or less?

I'm just amazed that they keep referring to it as "legendary"
Game journos think words are magic spells, if they talk up the game it will become more successful (and destroy those darn murder simulators the Chuds like).

Not to say they can't move the needle a little bit, but quality shines through in the end. How many CRPG players were duped into buying DE? How many would be fooled again? The world may never know, but the whole genre has the stink of Gone Home/Walking sims all over it.
