The strategy I've came up with for the remaining turns is to train our guys hard and balance the table on the right to the absolute 0.

The demo has battles.

I wish it didn't. It feels wrong to be underwhelmed by this, but the battle engine is.... iffy at best. I didn't like it and I'm amazed.

They grew on me, felt too long at the start but now I kinda like them. The ebb and flow, fatigue and formation focus.

Wish there were more maneuvers tho.

Sorry for abandoning this let's play. I was so pumped for the Beyond Shadowgate that it took all of my attention.
Then, I've played other stuff and somehow forgot about this one.

Gaming is a hell of a drug.

In the meantime the demo got updated a couple of times, so I don't think there is a point of continuing this Let's Play, because the gams has changed quite a lot.
Looks like doing a demo was a bad idea after all.

I hope this run was somehow entertaining and uncovered some of the mysteries about the early version of Never Second In Rome.
I'd like to add that I have no interion to do a let's play of the final version too, so...
