despite having 75,000,000 more backlinks, he only has under 200 more "organic followers"; lilura has quite the strong core of actual readers despite having nobody shilling for her. i'm also basically repeating her own post from earlier, so read the thread.Given that backlinks are the most indicative metric of popularity and certainly discoverability, I don't think it's honest to argue that Lilura1 is almost as popular as CRPGAddict.

I did read the thread: Don't make such a moronic claim again. It's moronic because I'm responding to the post you're asking me to read.
yes, that's the insult
despite having nobody shilling for her.
Which means my traffic is based on keyword searches: people are typing in the question and I'm giving them the answer. They're not just absent-mindedly clicking on a spam-link on some other site, and ending up there.
Yes, but this does not mean you're almost as popular as him.

The citation was given and I qualified it by saying it was indicative but not the final word. You have given no citation.
Correcting unnecessarily outright incorrect information about AD&D's rules = "snarky and unfair in their criticism"
We never had any problems before.Haha, did it really take you this much time to see how much of an insecure narcissist Lilura is? she doesn't exactly do well with criticism, fair or not.
The number of sycophants and bootlickers in this thread is troubling. Or should I say, sickening.
Lilura
Roguey is genuinely hurt that you have her/him/it on ignore. She/he/it is actually a big fan of yours. Would you consider unignoring Roguey, even if just for a trial period?
I mean the addict is not of Fallout stock. Or Troika, Baldur's Gate or Jagged Alliance 2. The upheaval that came with Oblivion/Oblivion With Guns. When all the shit-taste came, and all the grubs.

He has said many times he considers Skyrim to be the perfect RPG, and that he only plays other games as a novelty and for archival purposes.
TLDR he is a retard. Anyone who puts stock into what the crpgaddict thinks about RPGs is also another retard. His articles can be useful when they stick exclusively to objective information and other kinds of contextual facts about the games he covers, but that's about the extent of it.
I'd actually disagree with that; quality is still quality regardless whether or not you were around for it. Obviously I have a dog in the fight because I didn't play FO1/CRPGs until early 00's, but the qualities of FO1 (and others) stands the test of time and culture. To make a more pertinent point, authority is granted with knowledge - which is granted to anyone willing to knuckle down and really understand it.To my mind, if you weren't around in the heyday then you're not worth reading or listening to.
