Romance points are irrelevant in a lp featuring near universal nightly amnesia. We need the pimp skill for max harem. And as we all know there can be no anime romance without a healthy dose of harem.

Treave said there are character paths to unlock by making the right decisions. I was asking what the 'right' decision would be now for maeda path

Quest compass scum! :rpgcodex:

What we need is the ability to push forward despite the memory loss. The way to restore our progress in a matter of minutes. The Way of the Pimp!

treave, what question brings us most Maeda romance points?

To answer that question, you have to know what type of guy appeals to Maeda. :M

Criminal backgrounds don't appeal to you? We can always turn out to be an actual pimp. +M

It started out just like the wrong sort of romantic comedy. Faced with rising tuition fees, a female friend at your university decided to explore her entrepreneurial side.

"It's going to be easy, Shinoseki. I do what I usually do. I just need someone to help watch out for me when, like, I go on these dates. Y'know? And you're good with numbers and all so I thought you would, y'know, be perfect!"

She was blonde and blue-eyed, the typical American cheerleader girl. You had no doubt that she would be able to find dates easily, but how was she going to make money from it? It took sometime for her explanation to sink in: the gist of it was that she would have the men pay her for the pleasure of her company, and she would in turn pay you a cut of the profits to escort her and ensure the men paid up. You nodded. You were good with numbers. "S-Sure... I think I could manage that. I could probably also arrange for transportation, draw up a proper schedule, do the books, set the fees so that you can make sure you're not losing out on the time-money-investment axis..."

And with that, it was a deal. The business ran smoothly. Money flowed in - there was a surprising demand for college girls in the compensated dating scene. Your friend's friends, seeing the improvement in her lifestyle, decided they wanted in on some of that, and in within a matter of months, there were perhaps about twelve, maybe thirteen employees (one of them was a free-lancer, and you were never sure if she really counted) under your wing. You began hiring other guys at the university - the more athletically-inclined ones - to help keep an eye on the girls. Just so they were safe, of course.

Life was good... but it wasn't easy.

Lemming homos! You will all pay for your ignorance in denying me my harem!

I summon the dread beast into this LP! The one foretold! You will all wish you had embraced the way of the pimp!

:yeah:
So, do we need to vote for the D option for that?

To answer that question, we would only have to look at her incessant blushing, vehement denial of her feelings for Seiji while searching every nook and cranny for any signs of him (and a stupidly content smile after she does confirm her suspicions), and her staying to help us with a rather grim business seemingly for no reason (likely because she thinks we may be him).

She is totally Seiji-sexual.

We might browse through her memories of him to see if we still fit the profile.

Flopping to D if it gives us a past in prostitution.
That's like saying 'voting X if it lets us have our cake and eat it, too'.

You have to take the risk sometimes, without knowing the consequences of your choices in advance. :salute:

Look, all I want is for our PC to have a checkered and unsavory past. Is that really so wrong?
