Great LP.

I always wondered if there is a quest attached to the Water and Power Plant, is there?

If I were to do a LP of Arcanum I'd have skipped the sewers. There is no penalty to %hit chances of magickal weapons against highly technological foes where the opposite happens with technological weapons, further worsening the imbalance.

None of I know, probably it was intended considering how they make a big deal of it.and that your character clearly says that he needs to go in the sewers.
