Per <A href="http://www.ascaron-forum.com//showflat.php?Cat=&Board=GenQ&Number=29641&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=&fpart=2">this thread</a> on <A href="http://www.ascaron-forum.com/">Ascaron's forums</a>, it looks as if the deal with gore in <A href="http://www.ascaron.com/gb/gb_sacred/index.html">Sacred</a>'s United States version has indeed been chopped out.
