I see you carry your DUMBFUCK tag appropriately. The DA toolset will be a way to create areas, implement scripts, actors, dialogs etc.
You still need the source-code, Visual Studio, MAX and more (commercial tools) to create customized code and assets. I.e. that what professionals are using, including Bioware and some ambitious modmakers, not pussies like you.
