Codex Year of the Donut
A lot of older games used the same font, I always just assumed it was a font that shipped with one of the common systems at the time under a free to redistribute license. So recreating it seems a bit weird, maybe I was wrong though.

Eagle's PC compatible Spirit computer shipped with a similar fantasy font, not the same though, with the capital S being the most obvious difference. Probably same lineage.
