Why would it be "awesome" for yet another PC version of a game to be hugely pirated, giving publishers another reason why they should switch to consoles completely?

"Publisher holds back finished PC game for 6 months to lessen the effects of piracy, except the game is leaked and torrents are the only way to get the game for 6 months."

That is an anecdote of justice! A bunch of corporate ass bandits that don't give a shit about creating games beyond a revenue stream, biting off their own damn feet out of hubris and stupidity. It would be awesome.

This is a week old or so on the Dragon Age forums at the Bioware boards. And if you look at how the videos from the Comic Con looked and how they'd often said 'invalid path' and if you read the threads that the people made who played the game, you will realize how buggy this game is in its current state. And you appreciate how greateful the dev. team is because the release date got pushed back.

And last half of 2009 probably means anywhere from august to november 09, I'd guess...

If you would read the forums you would know that the demo build is one year old.

They said the build was from last year.

That means it is likely a month and a half old.
