you forgot to quote their first reason.

and the blood & gore is not about the cruelty of the DB questline.

they only censor because of graphics :
- nudity (OMG I see a penis and I am under 21, now I know I am going to rape some kiddies)
- blood effect (OMG they should censor Lemmings!)
