I would be wary of any kind of award that can't distinguish between an RPG and an FPS. Just another award for their mantle, which the game doesn't deserve.

Actually, it looks like they've only been nominated for the award. The awards have been presented yet. However, I have no doubt Oblivion will win just because of the game sales alone.
