I got a card from someone saying "The Order awaits" with a name on the back that corresponded to a man who was later in line. Anyone know what this is about?

Also, someone should submit Korben Dallas as a name, or a variation of it. Dorben Kallas sounds kinda E-European, yes?

I have given the card to Corman Drex but as far as detaining them I have had no luck. I am sure this will be something for the full game.

Hell no! All Kolechians(the terrorist scum!) must be searched and detained if they have any contraband! If I have to freeze my butt off at work, you bet your ass that the border guards are going to fulfill their patriotic duty for the glory of Arstotzka by processing and detaining any suspicious characters I detain :D.
