No discount for early access. Once it's out of early access it's proper free to play. You still might want to spend $30 or so to get the specialized tabs that make your life easier. Not a requirement, just big QoL.
Ah ok, when's it supposed to release out of EE? I think I heard summer next year or did that change?

I talked with support and I'm not eligible to free key. Even the fact that I bought the top core pack of 2024 in August don't make me eligible because of regional price.
