Who is this and why isn't she a romance? +M
She was in concept art showing companions in previous updates, but never mentioned. I'd assume it's a portrait for the PC and/or custom companions.

But I really enjoyed having a virtual girlfriend in ME 1 and 3 with Ashley Williams. She is my pretend game girlfriend and I've never pretend cheated on her in any game.
Did you seriously just type this

Yes, I'm in my 40s and talking about romances in niche rpg games on a site filled with teenage acne-ridden low-T basement virgins. Did this cross some sort of dork line with people who love having romances in games when I don't - but once did? I'm old, like dorky stuff, and don't mind admitting to it or talking about it when its applicable.

Edit-
To admit to being even gayer than was previously imagined - I've never watched a lovemaking scene between my Shepard and Ashley, since I didn't want to dirty the true and pure love we had with filthy smut that objectified her. Their joining of bodies with physically expressed love was a private affair that no one has seen - not even me.

I prefer RPG romances skip the courtship phase and go straight into marriage and kids and they make the kids either part of the story or party members or something, and that the marriage-alliance plays into the story as well and isn't just a little side thing that happens. You know, like when JRPGs do it.

Notice jewtron's not so subtle move to normalize the sjw cuck agenda in games.

BG2 (not dongspear) had cringy romances too, but not this invite a nigger to get cucked sjw shit.

the blatant and uncalled for insertion of sjw cuckery in kangmaker is whats at question and should rightfully be condemmed and abhorred. (don't gib jewgold to owlcatz)

Also aweigh ; encouraging fulfilling hetrosexual marriages with healthy offspring via games is treading into danger zone. You better watch your thoughts goyim.

How many of you actually like romance? And I don't mean as a RPG gimmick, but the actual romance story itself.

I've always said romances should only be in the game if they are done well as part of the story, and since they are almost never done well they shouldn't be included.

aweigh is correct. Western RPG romances are focused entirely on the drama of courtship and titlation of consummation, but they avoid kids and marriage like the plague. Consider Dragon Quest 5, where the player starts as a kid adventuring with his dad, and ends as a dad adventuring with his kids. The choice of mate in that scenario hardly matters, it's more about living a complete life.

Western games treat it so clinically. "Oh you talked to them 5 times and selected the heart option, sex scene unlocked. Congrats." There's no meaning to it.

Why didn't Mass Effect have marriage or kids? No reason why Shepard couldn't get married between the games. Why didn't Dragon Age games have it? Hawke should be married. No reason why not. Even this game, you're a monarch, you need a spouse to produce heirs right? Finding a mate and getting married should really be a part of the story. Instead it's a dumb sex minigame, only the choices are repugnant and there's not even any boobs, so why bother.

So how good must the actual gameplay be if the last 10 pages has been nothing but Codex raging about companion genders and storylines?

If that's all there is to bitch about this game must be fucking superb

The fact that lesbian is searched more by women though it's interesting. It is true then what porn taught me that all women want to fuck other women.
Nah. Women love dick and masculinity, but they aren't really that into pornography. What it probably means is that the average lesbian or bisexual woman watches substantially more porn than a heterosexual woman.

To be fair, Shepard did talk about having kids after the war, too bad the ending screwed everything up. And you can have a kid in DA:O, he can show up in DA:I.

The thing is, if the devs think kids is suppose to be an important part of the story, they normally included them from the very beginning(like the new God of War, or Fallout 4), otherwise they just don't bother because it's too much work for a part of content not a lot of people want. Especially when it comes to the whole "let the players make their own choices" mindset.

Why does every crpg now have to have this degenerate shit?

I don't know. It truly is awful. I like the game part of games. But, as I admitted earlier, I did like it with Ashley in ME. But ME is the only game I liked for story as it had awful rpg systems and mechanics and gameplay in general. It is the only game I enjoyed aimed at the retarded console audience.

Now really, really weird people want you to get married and have kids in games? Maybe games can also add sweeping floors and getting in fights over bills and spending and all the other shit I play games to escape from.

The Sims is already released, so the guys who want all these additions are just being lazy.

Okay from what i read The whole thing with Orc is exagerated, they were both slaves but there is relationship crisis due to different aligment so you can break them up, and if you are fucking deviant you can go for threesome so that it. Both characters are bisexual and i suppose the threesome is supposed to be sort of BI option, The same way you have gay and mainstream relationships it seems they are expanding.

Bisexuality doesn't mean threesomes (although they are fun). You could also have a foursome in DA:O, sooooo. If both of them were slaves and helped each other through that, then that might be an interesting relationship and story to tell. You also have potential for input, whether you help them stay together or break up, maybe even depending on your other choices during the game. There is much potential here. Not that it's going to be fulfilled, but still.

I know Bisexuality doesnt mean threesomes it just seems something that seems to be suited for BI characters due to both man and woman, Imho i think Russians Obviously conflate BI with Fucks anything that moves Degenerate if i exagerate a bit and went based on that.

Oh and Yes you can help them stay together without romance i forgot to mention that.good catch

Still doesn't excuse the wangst from 10000 yards from the orc. That put me off the game far more than any number of lousy alphabet soup romances shoehorned in.

Some people are more put off by the SJW agenda. Can't blame them. The strident screamings by the cucks, including some Codexians, makes everyone else completely intolerant of even the slightest hint of their perpetual victimhood.

In this case, however, the backstories of the NPCs already put me way off when they first came out. The alphabet soup SJW agenda only increased the bad taste. It didn't start it, unlike other games recently offered (Vampyr and that HBS game, for example).
