'Realism' killed level designI played the first demo and it was indeed good though suffered a bit from amateur Deus Ex modder syndrome of having levels larger than they ought to be.

Ummm, your .txt is way off on that one. I had no idea this game even existed until I saw your alert from this post. They hired Shackleton to design maps. If they're bad in the released game, give him grief.I couldn't finish the demo because I got lost on a Bridge to Nowhere, hopefully they changed their level designer's contract so they aren't getting paid by the square meter.
I want to point out that the word filter also affects URLs. For example, this link https://www.pcgamer.com/welp-the-cyberpunk-2077-shitty Japanese pornographic cartoons-made-me-want-to-give-the-game-another-shot/ gets autocorrected and becomes broken.Do we DarkUnderlord?This... game looks so wierd, has anyone played it? is it any good?
I would also like to point out that the current Word-filter for A.nime is kind of fucking the news post on the Front page, are you sure you want that?
All right, well whoever this is is making maps so blame him.Ummm, your .txt is way off on that one. I had no idea this game even existed until I saw your alert from this post.
Not every break is an amen break. Breackcore tends to be a lot more all over the place.Sell me on breakcore
damn this guy has good opinions, I like himAll right, well whoever this is is making maps so blame him.Ummm, your .txt is way off on that one. I had no idea this game even existed until I saw your alert from this post.
Yes, can confirm.This... game looks so wierd, has anyone played it? is it any good?
You should check out our thread title:I would also like to point out that the current Word-filter for A.nime is kind of fucking the news post on the Front page, are you sure you want that?
This trailer was sorta tailored for the audience it was presented to, since Realms Deep is primarily an event that hosts mostly twitch shooters. But fun fact: I am still planning on having one of our release trailers be a pure aesthetics thing set to the tune of a slow, depressing alt rock song.Your slow boomer brain simply can't comprehend the autistic brilliance that is breakcore. Keep listening to Led Zepplin on repeat gramps.the music and the flashing text are plain annoying. Getting some ADHD vibes here.
G-String is kino and it’s truly inspiring, especially as a solo project. More people should be playing this one.Reminds me of this pretty good half-life 2 clone https://store.steampowered.com/app/1224600/G_String/
Thank you for the support! We hope not to disappoint.I spent a good three hours in the demo and loved it enough to throw some money at it on Kickstarter. It's great and easily my most anticipated game right now.
That will be handled by people with way more leverage than us (Top Hat Studios), along the console releases, so don’t worry. Getting on GOG is no easy feat, even if your game is exemplary. No GOG release? Oh fucking bullox!
I wasn’t into anime back then, I did find it cringe, beyond selected titles like GitS (still surprised Eden got translated into polish, that was my jam). That cover is charming in a way, though. This feels like somthing created by a time traveler from early 2000 polish manga scene.
More innocent time when everything was cringe but we didn't know it.
It is our dream game, for sure.this game seems like my dream game, but i've been burnt out by other games that seemed to be my dream game at first, but were generally half baked. regardless, i'm fairly optimistic about peripeteia
Agreed! That’s why peri’s levels are supposed to be dream-like.'Realism' killed level design
Here’s the list of devs:They hiredShackletonsomeone from here to design maps. If they're bad in the released game, give him grief.
I will not apologize for adding that bridge. This is funny enough to justify it.I couldn't finish the demo because I got lost on a Bridge to Nowhere, hopefully they changed their level designer's contract so they aren't getting paid by the square meter.I played the first demo and it was indeed good though suffered a bit from amateur Deus Ex modder syndrome of having levels larger than they ought to be.This... game looks so wierd, has anyone played it? is it any good?

Shack is a cool dude, he does the other half of the levels. He made the tutorial, I made Chasm/Memorial.All right, well whoever this is is making maps so blame him.Ummm, your .txt is way off on that one. I had no idea this game even existed until I saw your alert from this post.
I want to thank you personally for designing massive levels that allow the player to climb everything. Climbing random shit is like my favorite thing in video games and the fact that you can climb wherever you want in Peripeteia is a big reason I'm looking forward to it so much.Shack is a cool dude, he does the other half of the levels. He made the tutorial, I made Chasm/Memorial.
Humor often relias on contrast, the bridge to nowhere isn't particularly amusing when everything else is also an "x to nowhere" or an "x with nothing in it".I will not apologize for adding that bridge. This is funny enough to justify it.
Hmm, good idea. I can add more bridges to fill up the space.Humor often relias on contrast, the bridge to nowhere isn't particularly amusing when everything else is also an "x to nowhere" or an "x with nothing in it".I will not apologize for adding that bridge. This is funny enough to justify it.
