Hi!

Very excited about this last Twitch meet and greet with Josh and Aarik today! With the fancy homepage addition, this could very well be the Twitch of all Twitches to watch for a Pillars of Eterniry ][ announcement! Do hope someone is able to post the feed here, as has been done for the previous three (LINK - http://www.rpgcodex.net/forums/inde...s-with-josh-sawyer.112528/page-5#post-4920372). I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks,
Randal

I remember the codex meltdown for PoE. You fags ruined the game for me and I hadn't even bought it yet. Told myself the codex was a bunch of fags and bought it anyway. Then you fags turned out to be right...and that is how you get DPed by the codex.

IT'S HAPPENING

Nothing really exciting though ;(

There's your countdown site. Only uh, without an actual countdown.

The LA must stand for Louisiana.
Yeah well, Josh has also posted a screenshot of it on his instagram 5 days ago:

By the way. the letter next to the "trouble" is just "a":

Don't think it matters, though.

Since I just finished PoE for the first time about a week ago I'm excited about a sequel. I liked the world setting. I agreed with a lot of the criticism of the game but I still found enough to like about it that I bothered sinking 130 hours into it.

If he came back wouldn't he be going after the Drywood, not anything else?

Looks like that website is more sophisticated than appears at first: http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/91074-symbols-spoilers-web-shenanigans/

Ok, this much seems clear:

-There is a timer script running on the Project LA site, and it will display glyphs and/or change the backgrounds.
-We are currently on the first background/glyph combo. There are 7 more.
-There are other glyphs queued up. Here is the order I'm sorta expecting them to reveal in.

Edit: with backgrounds.

It's also using letters from the Aumaua and Engwithan alphabets posted last year.

yus. Yus. YUS! *squeaks with excitement!*

Thank-you Infinitron for gathering this information! I've spent a good part of the day waiting for the Twitch stream linky and now this surfaces. Might be here longer than anticipated today!

I will certainly have to do another play-through for a final save game, so I'll have at least two characters ready to start the new adventure perhaps in Biageppe or Ozia! While reading the official Pillars of Eternity forum, I found a lot of posts that the second epic tale of our adventure seems slated to be in The Vallian Republics. Maybe we'll even be able to board a ship, or put a crew together to sail out to the Grace of Ciamena or Palminia! With so many possibilities to expand the world and breathe life into it, here's to a world that continues to grow with us as we do.

P.S. I have tried many times to give you a thanks emoji when you post such information, but I either don't have the ability to yet, or I'm unable to find how.

Thanks,
Randal

Deadfire! The letters spell Deadfire.

EDIT: lol, I wonder what Guido "Deathfire" Henkel will think if that's the game's actual subtitle

OMG! O.O

The Deadfire Archipelago!

The Deadfire Archipelago is a wide archipelago of small volcanic island nations, that is located far to the south of the Eastern Reach. Various nations and empires fight over the islands, to the east of which are sea monsters that invariably annihilate any ships that attempt to go exploring (many of them dwarven).

Nassitaq is a nation which is home to many boreal dwarves and aumaua and the biggest and most stable nation in the archipelago.

The region is referenced in-game within a book called Monsters of the Deadfire Archipelago.
