Critical heal, critical lifesteal, critical spell lifesteal
How would that work?
In EQ it's a chance to do double of that effect. So double the amount of heal, double the amount of lifesteal, etc. It is nice as a Cleric when you hit the group heal which isnt that strong, usually heals people to about 70% when everyone is injured. And you get a critical heal so it heals everyone to 100%.

As a Necromancer you had a lifetap which is one big hit, takes 800hp or whatever and gives it to you. That can crit too. But the best thing is a lifetap-over-time spell which would eat say 100hp every few seconds for 1 minute. And every few seconds it has a chance to crit, so get steady heals coming in from it and sometimes it really spikes up.
