How those fucking japs get away with all that blatant pedophilia in this day and age is beyond me.

It seems to be ingrained in them. I used to work in a Japanees restaurant years ago, and all the Jap women dressed and talked like little girls. It's expected of them. Not really complaining of course, I'm a bit of a pedo myself, but I tend to keep my fantasies private. Its possible he gets whoever she was pregnant in Rance 8 just as he did in Kichikuou. IIRC his daughter ages mega-fast for whatever reason. Have to wonder if the need to pillage and rape will be passed on to his sons/daughters. Could make for a few more interesting spinoffs...

I still cant get over the goddamn 3D art, especially battle animations. The models are detailed and all but the art direction is just shitty.

Contrast to the high definition 2D art is supermassive.

a plot device was introduced to explain why characters like Kenshin begin at a low level. Rance will be cursed by Pastel Kalar, preventing him from H-ing women under level 35. And women he does manage to H will be drained to level 1 (due to the curse).

There's something about music in this one... that doesn't bode well. Also, lack of Rance's genuine 'rape' face is very disturbing.

- Completed quests increase fame/reputation
- Recruitable chara have fame requirements

* Limited number of actions like in Sengoku Rance.

* Random loot, unidentified items - and identifying is a bitch (identification cost goes up after each identification, you lose items if you don't identify them)

* Characters have level cap, cap can be raised by fucking them (but then they are reduced back to level 1, yay!)

* Eight character classes: fighter, guard (footsoldier in Sengoku), gunner (ranged attack), sorcerer, healer, ranger, grappler? (you translate スパルタ...), civilian (can be a mix of several classes, can be totally useless char you need to escort on a quest)

She was meant to be intelligent, but ended up having low IQ because Rance's semen disastrously mixed in with the correct ingredients. Generally, she retains the status as Rance's pet who usually looks after his house. But she is ironically poor at doing housework, and instead fares incredibly better in combat.

Nice to see there are so many classes in there. Item identification could be as well depending how they pull that off.

But that goddamn 3D graphics is making me Do these people even realise how shitty it looks?

Btw, I know it's not likely but can スパルタ mean "Spartan"? I've seen worse interpretations of Europen history by the Japanese. Depending how the class works another translation could be "berserker".

Some of us do know enough Japanese to play it. I'd much rather report the decline of the east instead of just talking about Skyrim.
