I've just replayed the RoA trilogy, and I am awed at the amount of utterly inane design decisions in there. At least BoD is mercifully free of "all your items are taken away, lol" crap that plagues 2 and 3, but its penchance for instaTPK and "lol u r stuck in this dungeon forever, trolled u" needs serious reviewing.

Some people say the opening music in the BoD rolling demo sounds like Back to the Future. Wouldn't be surprised if that was intentional seeing how Attic loved ripping other stuff off.

I will buy this very hard. But... I think the travel / worldmap looks really damn ugly. They shouldn't have made it 3D at all. What is wrong with a cool 2D map? Would have looked like a million times better.

It's well crafty studio, as I can remember it was not very clear about who's in charge of the dev, in earlier post

The site say it will be available on Steam, but when checking on Steam, nothing under names of "realms of arkhania" or "blade of destiny" appears, so perhaps it will be the same thing as Expedition:Conquistadors, when we had to wait the last day to see the game added in the steam catalogue.
