There was actually an isometric Stalker mobile game in the olden java days that had some Fallout influence (but only in terms of presentation). I've no idea if it was any good, even in the context of mobile games from that time.

Fly to the States on vacation instead of working on the game and all you show is a 2 second clip in MS montage.

Have you guys even played The Witcher game?

Edit: I misremembered, the NPC said dwarf cock. Not that it changes anything from the stupidity of letting you hear that dozens of times every time you visit a tavern:

As mentioned if it's not the original team then I won't really have any big hopes for it. We'll see if they manage to capture the same atmosphere as the previous games.

With Unreal Engine im doubtful that they will recreate magical atmosphere from original Stalker series. Unreal Engine 4 is very clean and sterile engine. I would be much more hyped if this game was developed by 4A Games, not only they have better talent, more manpower but also they developed Metro series which is very good, and they are definitely more capable than GSC to bring us worthy continuation. GSC Game World last game are Cossacks 3 which is pretty bad from what i heard, didnt played it.

Cossacks 3 was released 20 september 2016, probably they started working on Stalker 2 after Cossacks release. Im cautiously interested, definitely not hyped.

If i remember correctly, the key personnel involved in actually creating STALKER were the ones who pissed off to form 4A, which is why clear sky and COP have absolutely nothing new in them beyond engine updates.
Lolwut

SoC "campaign" is just a string of linear fetch-quests. And those wish-granting cutscenes are cringeworth awful. If anything, it was CS and CoP that introduced dynamic campaigns, faction/entities, multiple outcomes quests, etc.
