I loved the second half of that act, however; the "urban cleansing" was nicely paced.
The exploding bone midgets were, by far, one of the most dangerous "regular" monsters in the game. They hit for pretty good damage, had relatively moderate health, and the death explosion could take out even higher level barbarians. Many hardcore players get killed by them. From my D2 days, those guys were the second worst monster after the oblivion knights in act4.

I personally never had much trouble with them, but I did die more than twice fighting them and both times I lost 150k in gold :x
