honestly i have no clue, it was a cave for a mage guild quest that I guess one of my mods overhauled
if I had to guess, maybe rise of house telvanni but really no idea. I couldn't use the portal in the picture so idk where it leads

Interestingly enough with the latest AMD driver the Dom5 battles now run at a beautiful cinematic 8 fps for me...
