Reload before the *friendly sparring session*.

Don't hold back. Use that special move, she's kinda good as a fighter. I guess she will endure a bit, nay? NAY

They did think of the chance! WAIFU KILLER

Only laugh I got out of TT2. Rather mediocre, truth be told.

Greetings from Consoletopia, Mustard Race. Currently living the NEET life and I've had a chance to play the vanishingly small number of exclusives on the PS4 with the exception of Infamous Second Son, which I might get to depending on how early I have to move to my next job.

First up, Shadow of Mordor Gnome of the Year Edition (yeah it's on PC but I wanted to try it on a console anyway). Pretty bad. Mashes together the worst of the Batman Arkham and Assassin's Creed series and papers over it with LOTR lore. Would avoid but I can see the appeal to people that like this shit. Visually it's very mixed, definitely feels like a "Cross-Gen" title.

Next, the absolutely abysmal The Order: 1886. You probably heard that this got pretty mixed reviews compared to the NeoFAG hype train that was shilling it 24/7 up to release. Well, it's a lot worse than that. I would say it's at least as bad as Aliens: Colonial Marines. Yes, the graphics are pretty good but the black bars cutting off half the fucking screen are incredibly irritating. DO NOT pay more than 5-10 KwaCucks for it.

The Last of Us Remastered

I had mixed feelings about this one. I'll post some detailed impressions in the Citizen Kane thread, but I'd tl;dr and say it's worth around 15-20 bongs. Gameplay was a very wonky mix of TPS and half-assed stealth, story was ok but not as good as Telltale's The Walking Dead Season 1. Visually it was great - very clear, clean and sharp compared to The Order, though I question the developer's obsession with the colour orange in some environments. The screenshots don't really represent how the game looks during play as it's obviously using some sort of motion-based AA. Also PS4 shots are compressed to hell and back.

I got opposite feelings from it. Batman combat with AC movement made for a p. fun game. So much that I stopped playing the pirate version to buy it someday :M

When I'm wrong there's half a dozen people taking upon this rare opportunity to call me out. Shadow of Moran is a p. fun game, main flaw being that it gets repetitive if you don't approach the side content with moderation, but that's every game nowadays

Fourth episode of Duke Nukem 3D, featuring more annoying monsters than before, like the Protector Drones than can't be shrunk, but they can cause Duke significant shrinkage in return.

Anyway, what's the reference in this scene?

SkhodJL.png

It's a reference to Pirates of the Caribbean.

pirates_of_the_caribbean5.jpg

One the shittiest movies I've seen. Just as well I didn't recognize the reference.

Well, it's a reference to the pirates of caribbean disney ride, not the movies. The same reference MI2 did. MI itself is inspired by that ride as well.

And you should recognize by the MI2 version in any case.

And what's MI2? If you mean Mission Impossible 2 I've already forgotten 99% of that movie.

Darth Slaughter is a little late to the party, considering that I mentioned that PotC is a theme park ride and JarlFrank had already brought up Monkey Island 2.

Men, I'd totally see that movie if it referenced pirates.

Yes, when I posted it, I didn't went through the whole page, and when I saw it, I decided to keep the post anyway.

But my point was that he didn't remember the homage from the PotC movie because it was shit, but he should remember from Monkey Island 2 (which I abbreviated to MI2 since I quote Jarlfrank's MI2 screenshot), since that isn't a shitty game...

Ehh...no. To be honest, I had forgotten about the PotC homage from MI2 myself, while remembering the "My Karma ran over your Dogma" joke from the library cards.

It's a bit of a stretch, to be honest. But whatever.

Armors in videogames these days looks the same... they looked better in the movie :1/5:

SMA: Have you come seek the light? Choke it up!

That's a powerful shot sire... So stronk you lost the soul and go right to the WAAGHalla.

DO NOT pay more than 5-10 KwaCucks for it.
Or better yet - don't buy it. You surely have pile of games nearby your console or clog of games on Steam/GoG.
