Duke Nukem takes a break from kicking ass.
Huge head was a symptom of one of diseases in Theme Hospital, so it's probably a patient, not a doctor.I wonder what the doctor is doing behind the toilet
Toushin Toshi 2
I got opposite feelings from it. Batman combat with AC movement made for a p. fun game. So much that I stopped playing the pirate version to buy it somedayFirst up, Shadow of Mordor Gnome of the Year Edition (yeah it's on PC but I wanted to try it on a console anyway). Pretty bad. Mashes together the worst of the Batman Arkham and Assassin's Creed series and papers over it with LOTR lore.

Fourth episode of Duke Nukem 3D, featuring more annoying monsters than before, like the Protector Drones than can't be shrunk, but they can cause Duke significant shrinkage in return.
Anyway, what's the reference in this scene?
It's a reference to Pirates of the Caribbean.
One the shittiest movies I've seen. Just as well I didn't recognize the reference.
Well, it's a reference to the pirates of caribbean disney ride, not the movies. The same reference MI2 did. MI itself is inspired by that ride as well.
And you should recognize by the MI2 version in any case.
