The book you're looking for is "Shadows of Europe" for Shadowrun 3rd edition. Not sure how many pages are dedicated to potatoland in it. Your friendly neighbourhood torrent wil know.

As far as I know they didn't do too much development of potatoland. I imagine there might be a bunch of magicians in Prague though. Most european source material is centered around London (there was a campaign for it bacn in 2nd edition), Ireland (turned faggy elf island, got its own seperate sourcebook called "Tir Na nOg"), Berlin ('cause of Lofwyr) and Scandinavia (due to the winternight shenanigans around the time they switched from SR3 to SR4).

Well, you'll only get e-mails from Kickstarter if you have notifications turned on in your account settings. So you probably turned those off. I think the survey is sent separately though.

Ulminati, thanks dude! I always wondered why there is no love for Poland in fiction like this. We have Pan Twardowski and lots of joos in Cracov so it should be easy to place some magic there...

Also, balkans. Bulgaria under Ottoman empire, some pseudo-christian magic practiced in monasteries in the mountains, fighting the good fight against oppressors, digging for ruins of roman empire in the plains of Thrace etc. It would make a pretty nice setting IMO.

Instead stupid bulgarian game companies like Haemimont Games make games in set in fucking Gaul.
