I think she could be Eris, the greek goddess of chaos. She is usually depicted with a golden apple. As for the reason to make her look like Red Riding Hood, probably as you said, because of the werewolf guy. I think the headdress she is wearing may be similar to those use in Greek dresses, but a very liberal interpretation of the same.

Seems like Atlus is going all out with SMT V and will probably decide the fate of the series, my best guess is that Sega doesn't want Persona as Atlus only big franchise because every Persona takes a long fucking time to make even if they milk them very well with spin-offs.

The fact that the director of SMT V is the same as Etrian Odyssey series gives me more hope, it also explains Amanozako design, the director and Himukai are friends and we all know what Himukai likes to draw.

I'll stop watching previews until release, i have spoiled myself plenty already.
