In the early nineties Sierra remade some of its first adventure games, upgrading the graphics from EGA to VGA and changing the GUI from parser to point 'n' click. I think it is time to introduce gaming classics to modern generation of gamers and remake Quest for Glory, Leisure Suit Larry, Space Quest and King's Quest in full 3D with WASD controls, trophy/achievement support and streamlined puzzles that whole family can solve.

It's been done. The results are called Grim Fangando and Escape From Monkey Island.

They pretty much killed LucasArts as an adventure game studio.
