I'm definitely backing off if Jaedar plays DoW again.
Last time I looked for 2 v 1 partners to take on that nigger eldar in CDS, no one wanted to risk their rep except for Gumblert.
We scraped off a win after he failed a rush on my base.

Meh, I can play. Soulstorm, Dark Crusade, Winter Assault or DoW1 baseline? They all have so different mechanics.

Soulstorm 1.2 is the only real multiplayer DoW.

Issue with DoW is that it costs moneyz and with the death of hamachi, there's no longer a good way to circumvent it for the third worldians.

OpenRA is free, and might be a more even playing field? idk.

Well, it was a few years ago we stopped using it, when free channels dropped to max 4 people, but afaik sometime after that they removed free channels completely. Maybe they've reinstated it though.

Yeah, I noticed that I wasn't able to add many people at once. But for us it was just an inconvenience, since we didn't need much players at the same time, so we just created a couple of networks depending on the players present.

But yeah, sucks for bigger games I guess.
