I saw that myabandonware has these entries and then I see gog has something far different. I also see that many at MA say it isn't translated. And there is the stardock issue. Is it worth my time to mess with these?

Gog doesnt have original SR1,2. Quests are just that, ripped out text quests from the game. All of them can be played at starting screen in SR2. War Apart is a messy mod which adds a lot of unnecessary crap. More is not always better.
That being said, if you find traslated original SR1 and 2 Dominators, these are the only games worthy of messing with. Nothing in gaming history even remotely resembles what SR are. Personally, i think these a timeless masterpieces and i dont know how devs managed to pull that off.

Ok, who has these english translations and wants to share via a decent fileshare link (i personally like mediafire as its quick and to the point with little extra shit to annoy me)? PM me and I'll create a fileshare as well to seed these. Stupid myabandonware seems to be NOT translated. Gotta find manuals as well.
