Special Encounter Suggestions

We already made some special encounters but now we want to include ideas from fans. Feel free to suggest well.. anything and we'll see if we can make it happen!
We should definitively have a RPG Codex special encounter but we want you to tell us what it is

I posted on Facebook, but I'll post here as well:

- A nordic guy following a quest compass. You know of who I'm talking about...

- A guy that says he can stop time when he shoots, and shouts VATS-like noises when in battle. This could be really funny since TB-combat means that yes, he "stopped time" on his turn.

A band of female amazon raiders.
They're wearing leather, handcuffs, batons and whips. But they also have big guns.


They should be really strong, so that on most cases you can only survive the encounter by using diplomacy.

And the diplomacy part is you getting bumraped by them. LCK will affect the chance of getting an STD.

That's his Vault, alright. Though he recently had to move and paved it over with cement so that no one else could use it.

A talking horse who is being ridden by a mongoloid-looking human (neanderthal) who are having a discussion about the superiority of humans. But of course, one is debating that horsemen are superior, and the other it debating that cave men are superior. Especially since cave men can ride horse men. So the horse bucks the cave man off, and they are about to fight it out, when they meet you, an obviously inferior offshoot of evolutionary development. And sneer at you instead.

I'm okay with a Codex reference or two, but can we try and focus on more non-Codex stuff? The stuff's hilarious and all, but we're trying to make this for everyone, not just the Codex.

Prosper will be represented in some way though. Plus he's known in other parts of the Fallout community.

Why is it called a weedling when it's pretty big? Weedling would imply something small but that's not the case here

later it turns out it isn't even a real woman and now this dude attempts to kill you with what he yells is scottish martial arts.
perception check can identify gender on first encounter.

Turn pooperscooper's fallout sitcom into an opera using the score from the ffvi opera and make it a random encounter with a wantering troupe, where you either pass an endurance check and survive through the show or die from cerebeal hemorrhage.
