I think its pretty reductive to conflate the type of xeno content present in Subverse with anything related to furries.
Filth (I'm glad to say) is in the eye of the beholder, but I think with xeno/monster content (which is firmly the category Subverse sits in - look at the Mantic models, or indeed the usual Studio FOW monster, and you will find very little semblance with real life animals and instead some sort of disgusting, pustule-covered mass of insectoid/tentacle dicks) the primary intent is degradation. You are not supposed to find the monster attractive - on the contrary, its appearance is supposed to be repulsive, so as to cement the intercourse with it as being as filthy as possible for the waifu to partake in. Instead the focus is on the heroine and her lustful defilement. Much like masculine black tie attire is supposed to be reserved so as to help the female partner's colorful dress stand out by the virtue of contrast, here the dynamic of a forbidden union between a repulsive abomination and an idealized female form produces a powerful contrast of its own.
Furrstuff, on the other hand, usually revolves around an esthetic and sexual appreciation of the form of anthropomorphic animals. Whereas the xeno/monster content of the type that Subverse employs is supposed to create an unattractive masculine image to degrade the heroine with, furries generally find their animalistic avatars sexually attractive. Thus the intent of furry porn is simply to portray the copulation between anthropomorphic animal creatures of various configuration for the visceral enjoyment of the furry viewer and, while furry content can certainly accommodate maledom or degradation kinks, it is not inherently degrading nor female-centered in the same way monster content is.
Personally, the latter category hardly appears to me (except in configurations where the ratio of human to animal characteristics is heavily skewed towards the former, as in the case of cat ears on an otherwise hu-man fe-male) but as for the former...well, a gentleman does not fuck their fist and tell, do they?
