I just wanted to add that not using the most engaging, smart, delicious - best ever designed spear combat mechanics in the history of video games (and thats actually a damn straight fact!), in eventual marketing (ie. everything that goes with it) of the either demo or the game, would be a fucking waste!

Not only a waste but a freaking crime.

Best thing about it is that you can go to ign or kotaku or any of those fucks (not to mention doing it in all other more likely interviews on sites that followed the progress in the past) and throw it in their all faces and then give them a smug smile, because its actually true.

(And even better thing is that, of course, there might be even more features appropriate to be smug or satisfied about, but thats to be seen when we get the demo and so on. Spears however (beyond simply being a very, very, very rarely implemented weapon at all), are already totally known so there is not even a bit of theoretical guessing involved. And thats without special attack(s) being implemented in combat demo)
