WAKE UP AND SMELL COVFEF
While I love both marketing stunts speculations and coffee, I do not think what that person is smelling could count as "coffee" anywhere in the world.

Also Sarkeesian is not hot, you guys have shit taste jesus.
She's reasonably attractive when not dressed as a canadian lumberjack, and pretty smart on top of that (gets paid for doing absolutely nothing, not even camwhoring like the typical patreon thot).
She was relevant when fucking white male did all the work for her. After they parted ways no one cares about her anymore.

She was never relevant outside of twitter circlejerks. The vast majority of normal people have never even heard her name.

Even better, getting paid for doing nothing while not even being relevant anymore.
Its quite easy to get the same results. Pick a theme that will trigger lots of people, who won't actively try to kill you (avoid Muslims) and keep running it to the ground, be loud and self-righteous to the point of retardedness and veil it with non-sensical cherry picked arguments that support your point (you can make up couple of them and put them in-between real ones).

People who agree and disagree with you alike will flock and consume. Works best with politics and current world events.

She was on a big liberal network show doing an interview, so I think she had some pull with normies.

They'd ultimately prefer to be spoiled than to spend 60 bones to find out their old favorites get sacrificed to the LPGA.
It's all over the news, so if someone wants to get spoiled, they can go and read up about it. But clicking on General Gaming and seeing a major spoiler immediately is not the way to go.
Its not the first time, when a new game is released you must completely avoid the codex, they have no respect for anything nor anyone, and the staff even encourages that with buttons. I'll completely avoid codex threads when playing BG3 , realms beyond and solasta , especially BG3 its 100% sure some dumbfuck will link a major spoiler in.
That said i am quite happy i have not wasted money on a PS4 for that exclusive.

I don't think there'll be anything worth spoiling considering it's Larian story.

It doesn't matter. It could be a Benny Hill story, and it still wouldn't be the same if the most interesting parts are spoiled beforehand.

A good game can't be spoiled since gameplay cannot be "spoiled". It's their own fault for making a shitty Interactive movie that is apparently "ruined" by revealing a few plot points beforehand.

Good stories also endure the test of time despite being "spoiled" since Ancient Greek or Roman times. People for some reason still find them compelling and tune in despite knowing how it ends.

Except the "aliens lmao" reveal had been forshadowed since the beggining of the game and in fact it's entire story, worldbuilding and lore was built on that premise.

TBH, I would have preferred that being spoiled for me ahead of time. I went into Bloodborne wanting Spooky Souls and partway through got Lovecraft knockoff #16534982567456867.

This is stupid and you know that. You don't spoil the gameplay, you spoil the story, which is an integral part of some games. Let me blow your mind, there are games which try to tell a story, and don't just focus on mechanics.

Oh, come on. If you don't want to be spoiled you should stop reading and watching ANYTHING about game. These days developers make trailers for every fart of every new companion.

I think you can spoil gameplay too. Personally I rather discover new gameplay mechanics than being told or shown it, sometimes gameplay change-up in games comes more as a surprise to me than a story twist.

I did actually that, it is not that difficult. That's why I was butthurt that the title of the thread was a spoiler, because I couldn't avoid that while browsing the Codex.
