Debit card fraud protection is fairly decent these days too.

No one trusts poorfags with "free" money.

Lol, as if I had ever paid interest on credit card. That's tribal thinking. You keep it on the plus credit all the time, and use it for fraud protection (Visa/Master will reimburse if you get conned), not for the credit.

Imagine paying the Big Noses interest, be proud of it and shame others that don't.

:nocountryforshitposters:
Interest is for compulsive losers that can't manage their money. Smart people get their purchases fraud-insured and pay the same as they would anyway.

Plus reward points, lounge access and shit. There really is no downside unless you're one of the aforementioned losers.

You are paying transaction fees in % of it every time lol If you are such fiscally responsible goyim you will not need the credit card to begin with. Also the fraud protection meme lol

Germans will mindlessly obey everything their government says: waiting patiently in line no matter the urgency, embark on brutal wars that nearly lead to their extinction as a nation, standing idly by as they are robbed to import millions of hurka durka türks or jihadi rapists by the boatload, rat on each other for wrongthink or showing a certain symbol in video games.

But credit cards? Hell nein, don't trust those, they're for sheep
I don't trust my government and do the exact opposite of everything they say.
The government actually wants to push for cashless payment methods, and guess what? I don't even carry a bank card with me when I go shopping. Only cash. Never paid with a card in my life.

You do realize credit card surcharges are illegal in EU, be it online or in shops. The price has to be exactly the same irrespective of means of payment. Maybe it's different where you live, or your local shops won't adhere to the rule. The Big players like Amazon etc. do, though.

You also pay those fees if you pay by cash/debit card/smoke signals. Most countries have laws saying you can't charge different prices for different payment methods. And if they don't, the conditions of the credit card companies say so.

It's not about "needing" anything. You get extra shit by using a credit card that you don't get by not using it, simple as.

Fraud protection is real. It's harder now with 2FA, PIN numbers and all that shit but I've had transactions reversed. It's not just outright fraud but it's also about unauthorised transactions like subscriptions you cancelled and keep getting charged for. Credit card companies can sort those out.

I bought these:

I was hoping for Port Royale 2, but Port Royale 3 looks decent enough so I decided to buy it at that price.

My dad had a credit card for a while, but he only used that because back then he semi-frequently rented cars and the insurance and other fees were much easier to handle with a credit card rather than the alternatives. Looking at it now for me it'd be 24 bucks per year on top of my regular banking costs, but I'd have to pay an extra 2% exchange fee if I were to buy something in a different currency than the Euro.

They are common in Romania. So, there is that.

I want to pick up Rollercoaster Tycoon 1 for the scenarios and asests in OpenRCT2. It's not anywhere near the best price its been though. Do you think the Capitalism and Economy Fest in January will have a better offer than Winter sale in December?

Probably not, but how would we know? Plenty of games do not have 'all time low' deals for a while by now as I guess the inflation made it less profitable so they up the prices a but by giving worse sales.

Yeah. That's the only possible explanation.

Yeet with the times, boomer. Everyone pre-awards and pre-reviews these days. It's not like your ancient days of 2008 when people barely even pre-ordered games.

Imagine waiting for games to be finished before deciding what's best, yikes.

The sale is not great tbh, and autumn sales are usually better than winter ones. Even the Halloween one had more interesting deals.

Cyberpunk fps with some GitS vibes. Looks interesting, but some people mention bland level design in later parts. Turbo Overkill will probably be better, but you should already have it or at least have heard about it.

Basically, an updated version of Assault Squad 2. Doesn't require Call to Arms anymore, which imo is an inferior game. This time it's being made by some Men of War modders.

A nice little gem with a lot of content, similar to Art of Rally.

If you don't mind the graphics and ready to install mods:

Guild Wars is 75% off. If you don't see it, search on Steam as you may have a different regional version. Aside from Trilogy, you'll also need Eye of the North expansion for the full package.
