Nobody except the few people who played the original Outcast will bother.
Also, OG Outcast had some very advanced features for its time. What does this bring to the table?

They didn't even bother putting the already extant Linux version up?

I was going through my left over nextfest demos and found this gem. I really enjoyed it and thought I'd share. It's a simple racing game with decent visuals and great music. Reminds me of games you would get on PC demo discs back in the day. Just fun. Says it will be free on release but the demo has loads of tracks already so worth playing now.

Bought a ton of games. Notable all-time low prices:

https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/7118/XCOM_2_Collection/

This sounds interesting!
It's a modern 2d point and click
Interest denied!

Souls clone with some really cool level design. Added jumping before Elden Ring. Very atmospheric but a bit jank.

Fun strategy game where you have to base build with nodes to stop slime overwhelming you.

Has any one played One piece world seeker? I've not seen any of the series and don't care to. It looks like it has some fun abilities in an interesting open world. Is it worth playing as a game or is it another Bamco bare minimum effort affair?

Huge OP fan here and it feels like one of those generic shovelware licensed anime games. Boring, repetitive and empty. I can't imagine anybody enjoying it unless you're a fan of OP. You might wanna check out Unlimited World Red. I thought it was pretty fun when I played it ~10 years ago and there's more than just 1 character to play as. Neither are good though imo.

Hellpoint ain't a good souls clone. Pretty much Lies of P and Nioh are the only souls clones worth a damn, and Nioh isn't even a real souls clone.

I enjoyed The Surge. It was a very competent game and one of the very few sci-fi soulslikes. Even though it does break down a bit at the end, plot-wise. Not that it was very complex on that front to begin with, but it was just about right for me to like it.

Surge is a bit rough for my tastes, but Surge 2 is a lot of fun.

22 dollars for the absolute best game of all time and its colossal expansion will never be a bad deal:

Someone got filtered, I see Jenkem :smug:

________________________________________________

Fear & Hunger is not discounted but at 8 dollars it well deserves a try:

Really unconventional RPG and one of my best experiences with RPGMaker-adjacent stuff.

Ultimate is 90% off. I really didn't like it on launch, but after all the patching it seems like a decent experience.

Some new historical lows from Devolver:

Some other new historical lows:

Also, if you own everything Spellforce there is an additional 34% discount from Spellforce Franchise bundle.

Edit: Additionally, there are new historical lows on Yakuza 3-6 and Judgement:

I hate when they include soundtracks and other crap in these bundles.

I like this game. It was on itch.io for years, but it just got a big new update and released on Steam today.
