The game will look like shit on consoles, and all the graphics technology in the world won't make the PC version look better; it'll still be working off 128x128 textures and low polygon count models. The area design suffers as well; they obviously build the areas small to keep problems with draw distance from cropping up on consoles as well as to avoid having to load too much into memory. Unless they basically rebuilt the game from scratch for PCs it's not going to be any better, and to think otherwise is horribly naive (sort of like how some people think Bioware isn't about a year away from being renamed EA Canada).
