I have noticed that threads seem to randomly disappear. Do mods occasionaly delete threads that they feel will spin out of control or what?

I have seen it randomly recently and figured oh well but just curiuos.

Was contributing to the thread with a poll on the best might & magic recently and now it has went kapoof, gone!

While the upgrade was occurring, the entire site disappeared to me . . . something about the forum not being available.

But it's back. Sweet salvation.
