Well they both have bows in them. So I guess you could say Crysis 3 is like Thief too. The Mechanists really did a number with Garret's eye.

The Garnier hair is probably to distract from the shoddy textures and massive neck seam Lara has going on, considering the character is covered in caked blood and mud all the time they could have put a little more effort into those.
