Two Point Campus - university management sim followup to Two Point Hospital

Are these games even good or what? I love RCT and Zoo Tycoon, but I never saw any game that even get close to them in being great.

And it released yesterday.
I three-starred through first two unis and started on the third one, it's mechanically different from the hospital one but shares enough similarities that I had no trouble to adjust to the changes. Generally you have to accept that during the first "year" you will loose money and in subsequent years when new students come you will start to earn dosh - and with this comes one thing I liked: between studies there is a downtime when you can build your infrastructure in peace and when you are ready just press a button called "start new year".
I've encountered some graphical bugs especially on second level and peeps getting stuck but this will be ironed out in time methinks.
If you liked Two Point Hospital you will like this one.
