The wonderfull thing about D&D is that it can be really what you want it to be. It can be modified and adjusted to your very own preference.
I welcome epic levels, because I truly believe the NWN community can do something with them.
I simply stated I do appretiate the fact that lvl 20 gives a sense of Mortality. Nothing complicated about that. No 10 mile runs, nothing.
Don't complicate a simple matter. I appretiate the entertainment possibilitys that more upgrades can bring to NWN.
If you want to be a powergamer, play as one. If you don't.. DONT.. I think it's great that NWN can be modded to both types of players..
I am not going to bitch about any kind of content added to NWN. I was honestly dissapointed with it at first.. But then realized it's scope, and played it for what it is. I think people have a real issue doing this.
I also appretiate a mod where gold is scarce, items are hard to come by, and an overall hard to get through experience.
I want to feel I EARNED each item, and each gold peice..
So I play THOSE mods.
It's simple really. And NWN gives you the choice.
Can't say that about a lot of games.
Hurry up TOEE patch, I can't contain myself from playing much longer!!
