I never was really able to precisely pinpoint that. Machines up to 5 years old won't have a problem with it. Some netbooks choke on it... Usually problems come from old graphics cards. That's why I ask people to test the demo first. I don't have enough old computers lying around

I remember Gabe Newell (or someone else from Valve) talking about how deep discounts for a limited period of time were much more effective in generating revenue than a permanent drop in price. So my suggestion is to raise the price back up (to the point that you're happy with) and keep doing sales periodically.

You hurt me Sir . It never looked terrible. It burned people's eyes out so they could not see, therefore making it impossible to look terrible. Or so I read (from people that didn't see it, obviously :D )

I just finished it yesterday. It is WELL worth that price. And it is a LONG game. And FUCK that last battle.

Uh no it's really not that long, 20 to 30 hours or so (though it is fine). And the last battle was the easiest I ever faced in an RPG, although it was the non gold version.

There were lots of tweaks and added content. I still can't be sure how long it takes the "average" player to finish it, but it is longer than pre-gold.

And the final battle considerably harder, and i believe it isn't the only one.

EDIT -You are entitled to the new version as a pregold customer. Maybe see for yourself someday
