It is outdated by how much? There is only so much you can fix, even if you have months to do so. I am going to err on the side of doubtfulness here.

True, you can fix most of the bugs, improve AI, make some changes here and there but overall it must be the same game nonetheless. The guy have played somewhere not too far from announcement about release date postponement I beleive so yeah, hardly any core changes are coming if they goin to release this next year.

I guess your character should view that there are better things to do than "fucking" whores as an undead creature. Fucking as vampire in WoD requires high humanity (7 at least IIRC) to feel/give pleasure.

To be fair, interpretation as 'fucking whores' was too vague. Let me try again: you need blood. You buy a hooker. In order to safely suck her/his blood apparently you have to arouse yourself which is possible only with 5 or more humanity. If this actually written in a rulebook then fine but I think its reflection of what devs have said long before somewhere about sexworkers: treat them right, not as walking bloodpacks. Or I'm reading too deep and they simply restricting low humanity players from additional blood sources like you have said which is fine as well.
