I think you're right, but I'm not sure about it either. If not, and you had to rush back to the doctor each time, a skill deal would be a good way to eventually circumvent having to rush to the doctor to tone down the fear of death and such.

Just imagine someone trying to add this to a RPG today... the dumbass reviewers, nevermind the low-IQ gamers, would be trashing this feature as "reducing the fun factor". Goddammit...

Funny you should mention it, but it's always been kind of odd to me when games have the dead player wake up in a hospital or something. That might be a little better than having to reload, but it's kind of goofy nonetheless.
